Wednesday 26/4/16 Wrote to Doff - saw damage to Billet. Went for a bath & tea to Armentieres. Dined with General.
Thursday 27/4/16 Went into Trenches after lunch Battalion took over at night Gas alarm much Strafe by our artillery
Friday 28/4/16 Quiet peaceful day Germans thinking hard after being "strafed"
Saturday 29/4/16 Quiet day generally here handing over a little trench & taking over some on right.
