Friday 14/4/16 Quiet day, raining and very cold, no shelling.
Saturday 15/4/16 Few shells dropped in our lines. One man killed by sniper. Relieved by 19th at night one of our men & one of 19th wounded.
Sunday 16/4/16 10 months since leaving Sydney - in Billets out of Firing Line - Number of Aeroplanes of both sides.
Monday 17/4/16 Went with Bas to Armentieres had a decent lunch & very nice afternoon tea.
Tuesday 18/4/16 Very cold, Raining, nasty day, wrote to Doff, Mother and several others.
