Re Native Names in the Queanbeyan Dist
and their meanings

Sergeant Miller forwards a list of
native names of different places in
the Queanbeyan District, but he is
unable to get their meanings but he
has been informed that if these names
are submitted to a Gentleman named
William Davis Wright, (who was born in
this District & now resides at Moss Vale)
he will be able to give their meanings.
