The Aboriginal names for

places here.

Senior Constable Robinson

begs to state. He tried his 

utmost to obtain from the 

Aborigines at Boggabilla the 

meaning of reasons why the 

name was given to each

different Aboriginal named 

Place in the district but

could not get any satisfactory

reply.

         There are very few Aborig-

ines now at Boggabilla &

they do not understand the 

language spoken by the Blacks

here years ago when the

places were named.
