As one of the boys reported sick last night, and had a bit of a temperature the "Quack" says it is "Flu". So the "Nestor" has to be quarantined for seven days, at Portsea. When this news travelled round the ship the language was, ---Nuff sed.

Every morning we have to parade before the Doctor and have our temperatures taken, then into a room, and fumigated for a few minutes.

The Boys do not like this quarantine business, but taking it quietly.

Every day the Salvation Army and Red Cross sent cases of cakes and fruit on board, for the boys.
