O God, whose nature and property is ever to have mercy and to forgive, receive our humble petition and though we be tied and bound with the chains of our sins, yet let the pitifulness of thy great mercy loose us for the honour of Jesus Christ, our only Mediator and Advocate. Amen
O Almighty and most merciful God, of thy bountiful goodness keep us we beseech thee from all things that may hurt [us?] that we being ready both in body and soul may cheerfully accomplish those things that Thou wouldest have done through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen .
O Saviour of the world who by thy Cross and precious Blood hast redeemed us ; save us and help us, we humbly beseech thee O Lord.
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Ghost.
As it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
