BLUE MOUNTAINS and LOURIE PARROTS

The Blue Miuntains parrot possesses Plumage of a most beautiful variety. They are easily domesticated and can be (?) very entertaining. They are however of an extreme tender nature, and often cause their possessors much grief from the sudden exit from life. This arises from their being subject to a species of (?) which carries them. The Lourie is in my opinion the handsomest of the Parrot Species it possesses a most brilliant plumage in which is blended various Colours of the most fascinating kind, it is also of a very hardy, and stands the change of Climate better than the other Birds of the same species.
