    I shall complete the Gazettes up to this time & send them, but lest any accident should happen King will not send his so that you are sure of getting all safe by the Buffalo.

     Captain Short is still an object I can have no respect for or do I ever see him.  He was to have had a Grant of 600 Acres of Land but no authority is yet sent to me to locate it.  I have however allowed him to look out for the quantity & to possess it until farther [further] orders & I have directions what to do.
