Mr Messingbirds servant & Mr Mills heard John Chapman repeat what Mr Compton said to him -

"Compton says to Chapman - "You are not going to take any Oath before Sir Joseph.  Say positively that it is
my Ewe. "

Agreeably to Mr Spikens Request I have left this in Sir Josephs office
