Tonight I am sleeping in a tent 60 miles in rear of the line. The reason being that I have been sent back here to superintend the shifting of our dump.
I rode down last night to where the motor lorries bring the rations on the Ramleh-Jaffa road & then waited until midnight, then they turned up 50 of them.
We went to Ramleh and "parked up" for the night & then came on by apparently a succession of enormous
