Sunday 8th
Fell in & messed about for a considerable time then moved up to the road & got on Motors. Started about 12 traveled through Merecourt Bray & a lot of other places demotored about 2 30 near Mt St Quintine about 2 K, N of Pevone. Were given an old trench to make our dugouts in Plenty of Hun timber on a railway Dump near by also Ruberoid so had no trouble
