Went to a Fair at Bainbridge one day motored about 50 miles & saw a lot of pretty places about Guilford being particularly fine. Some large estates with fine trees, Also about Kilmarnock. Sheep & catle are all sold privately in the main street. Was in Newing quite a large place, & Visited a lot of the neighbours, All very nice people. It seems to be a nice life, The work is not very strenuous. They all know each other & there people before them knew each other. There is a high standard of
