space, and all are sleeping on upper decks, instead of below as in most troop-ships. It is not by any means crowded and the other units seem composed of jolly decent chaps, with whom we ought to get on well.

On the way down the Harbour we were followed by several launches, with friends of the men on board. Miss Egan of "Graythwaite" was on one. The harbour looked great from the Heads, and I suppose will look better when re-entering it again, an event which I hope will some day come.
