A. - I think he did.

A. - You said you would shew him where the Bodies of the Stills were, and it must rest with himself how he was to act.
8. - Had the Bodies of the Stills which you saw taken away ever been used?
A. - From their appearance in my opinion they never were.
9. - What do you suppose these two Boilers or bodies of Stills to be worth in this Colony? Supposing them to be appropriated to Brewing or any other domestic purpose?
A. - I cannot say I am competent to judge of their Value.
