In reply to your second Letter of this date, I require that you deliver to Mr Willm Gore, Provost Marshal, and Mr. Edmund Griffin, my Secretary, who accompanys him on the occasion, all the Papers that the Judge Advocate left on the Table, and which were refused to be sent to him by the Constable, and also those which the Prisoner John McArthur has read before you, that they may be delivered to the Judge Advocate His Majesty's legal Officer.
