That the Period of Two years & a half at the Expiration End at which the Said Sum of one Thousand Pounds became due & Payable to the said Thomas Anderson has expired more than two months ago, your memorialist therefore Humbly Prays that their your Lordships will be graciously Pleasd[sic] to order the Said Sum of one Thousand Pounds to be Paid to him on the account & for the use of the Said Thomas Anderson.
