Heliopolis, The Barrage, Sphinx Pyramids & had a general look round. During my visit there was heavy rain in Cairo & we saw the City in flood. The streets are flat & the footpaths are graded to the shops. Naturally when the heavy rain set in the water all so flowed into the shops.On the Heliopolis Electric Railway the walls collapsed for a distance of about 50 yds holding up the railway for a few days.
