the saloon deck in praise ? of the parson. We are all sick of him, for it is now well known that he is always talking of the contents of the letters he censors, and is making himself too officious in many things that don't concern him but as he is an officer we can't say too much.

Friday 13th
Sea a bit choppy, weather dull but not cold. Porthole glasses all painted over now and a great number of inside lights cut out.
