practically starved.

On a hill opposite the camp is a badge worked by some Tommies. It won't be long before I start on one for us.

Friday 10th
Weather still bad, & wet. Slack day again, as all have sore arms. Huts fixed up and made cosy. All have a sort of trestle bed which is very springy and comfortable. There is also a stove in each hut, and electric light.
