they are overpraised, anyone reading the papers in Aust. would think they took the Peninsula & holding it themselves, a funny thing isnt it they pulled the 1st 2nd & 4th Brigade & N.Z. troops right away for a spell & left the 3rd up there the reason being they have hardly fought since the first day & are nearly full strength.
The 1st Brigade lost more men in the "Lone Pine attack" in 3 days than the 3rd Brigade has lost
