A few officers including the Colonel got seasick. The Col. very much so. Very amusing at Dinner time. Capt. Wallack's soup in spite of the fiddle tipped into his lap. Too rough to have parade. The 2 W.A. troopships joined convoy this afternoon. Some of the officers had a huge "Beano" at night, was woke by G.T.W. coming into the cabin about 1.30 A.M. went up and had a look at them, they were as funny as a pantomime, turning handsprings dancing etc. G.T.W.climbed up the funnel guy to the platform & hung there with the ship rolling and plunging. Owing to an electric wire fusing, there was an alarm of fire during the night, one chap
