Picked up Cape Otway about 4 P.M. Had O'Grady Squad Drill for Officer's during morning. Herrod champion. Run for day 296 miles. No sign of seasickness anywhere.

Short Arm inspection at 5 P.M. 23 men up for repairs including 5 of "B" Coy.

Concert & boxing at night.

Maj Scobie alright. Officers making inferal [infernal] row trying to sign [sing] after tea. Detailed as Officer of Guard & up all night.

Wednesday 21st/10/14

Up All night everything O.K. Weather still exceptionally calm. Saw several whales during dinner hour.
