<p>[Page 76]</p><p>THURSDAY 22ND NOVEMBER 1917<br />This is a pretty &amp; quiet spot, although we can hear the guns in the distance. The Hun does not seem to ever have got here &amp; the quiet &amp; peaceful surroundings are fine after the bustle of the Ypres sector. On guard from 5.30 pm till 5.30 pm Friday. Weather rather dull so far.</p>
