OPUSSUM

These extraordinary Animals live in the hollow parts of the Gum Trees on the Berries of which they feed, by means of their Tails they drop from bough to bough and are enabled by them to leap from Tree to Tree: this faculty in the Tail, has also presumed the addition to their name of Ring Tail.
The female possesses a similar [indecipherable] Billy to the Kangaroo, their [indecipherable] is of a fine  [indecipherable]  Nature.
