hand & the thumb of the other a repulsive looking mass of frayed & filthy bandages, another filthy bandage around my forehead & divers other repulsive looking sores left uncovered. I have given up washing as a daily habit simply because I am too much enveloped in bandages, but I wash whenever I dress my hands which may be anything from 24-56 or 60 hours. In fact I look & feel a pretty miserable object.
