6.   because the man who possesses Land now covered with wood has an undoubted Right of Common for that Land which he will most assuredly reoccupy if the Common is undivided When he clears it & sows Corn on it, no doubt then Can remain of the injustice of giving to others on a division of the Fen that which he would have an undoubted Right to if it Remaind undivided possibly a very few years hence 

it is to be remarked that at the Commissioners Requird Evidence of the woods having been usualy Stocked in the winter they had no Right whatever under the Provisions of the division act to make any Such Enquiy. much Less to take any abberant  take away the Rights of Common when the Land  which the Proprieter clearly has because he has for Some time leases to use them & is not Likely to use them for some year to Come, The Commissioners must Recollect that their Authority is bounded by the act under  by which their Powers are granted & be Carefull in the extreme if Ever they attempt to give Equitable Releif that
