on the Hindoostan, one of the ships of this Fleet. and now send the third parcel, which I hoped to have delivered myself by Captain Paterson, Commander of the Castle Huntley. & if I can possibly lay my hand on Mr. Moorcrofts letter, I will send another copy with the view of making secure. By the same Gentleman, as well as by Dr. Anderson I will divide & forward the seeds I intend for you & my other friends. & I hope you will pardon me if I find it necessary to put the whole under your address in that case you will do me the kindness to make the distribution. On board the same ship I brought two chests of growing plants, & they are now in high order. one for you, the other for the African Institution, marked A.I. I will send them on in the same ship under the immediate care of the above named Gentleman. Captn. Paterson, & if it is not giving you too much trouble I could wish that for the Institution to be handed at the same time, as on a former occasion.
