he has also some of the seeds which he promises to deliver, but I have my doubts of their being safe enough to vegetate. This Plant Messrs. Brown and Bauer in company with myself found in flowr about four months ago (November) about seven miles from Sydney. I have taken charge of the Porpoise's Garden & have some of the Plants with many others thriving very well but unless a Ship on Discovery or one ordered to receive them I know not how they can be sent from this.
I have ordered two boxes to be made from Caleys collection which I hope will be in readiness to be sent by this conveyance. I am happy to hear that he is doing well. He has lately been on an Excursion towards the Blue Mountains & has found several new plants but as he seldom visits Sydney & my not being able to go to Parramatta I have not seen any of them.
