he seems a most indefatigable man & worthy of every encouragement even to double his pay - such is his character here. -
I shall inclose to you an account of the plants left here, and of those received from Dr. Anderson, that you may be able to judge how I proceed - eight days at most will be my passage to Jamaica, I call my arrival therefore the 8th of Feby. - A month I imagine will be my stay there, & two months will be my passage home - by this way of reckoning I hope to have the happyness to see you on the 8th of May. -
