be put into a situation equal to it in emolument by which you may observe how undeserving he is to command her.  I have only refered my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to my former dispatches about him, requesting he may be superceded. 

The South Sea Whalers go on very well and will get rich - besides them I hope to get some regular Traders from England and a regular correspondence kept up.  The Alexander which brought out Convicts will sail in six weeks, the Captain of which will return again with Barter, as soon as possible; by him I shall be sure to receive your letters.
