Our Cruize is tedious & uninteresting - no Chasing no manoeuvring & no Prizes.  The Dutch will not meet us.   When we arrive at Yarmouth I think we shall be sent to the Nore, as I find it necessary we should now be refitted after a twelve months' wear & tear, in the course of which any Ship has been twice, and some oftener.  I hope then to have the happyness of seeing you as I expect the Admiralty will give me leave of absence. 

I shall take the liberty of sending a few remarks for my Friend Mr. Dalrymple.
