Sydney Nov 3rd 1805
Dear Sir
Altho I have but little to say after having write you so fully by the [indecipherable] in July last, and as I have wrote some publisk letters on the Idea of these Letters reaching England before the Sydney at least Three months. I shall only observe that we are doing very well, & are well. Cayley [Caley] is on his way to the Derwent having gone in the Sydney by the [indecipherable] of Norfolk Island, as I find that Ship must remain at least a month at the Derwent Cayley will have an opportunity of making some collections for which he took Boxes &c.. The Porpoise garden is put in compleat order ready for embarking, however I do not think you can expect Cayleys arrival before September. I would have forwarded you the Gazettes, but I do not like this conveyance altho I have sent a sett to Lord Camden, which I suppose you may get hold of at the office.
