   Lately died at Oswestery, in Shropshire, in an advanced ag the wife of one Richard Grafton.  The husband was so much affected at the death of his wife, that at the sight of the coffin being brought into the house, the old man said to some persons present, "I hope you will see my coffin soon," and immediately fell back in his chair and expired.  They were both buried in the same grave on Monday last.

     The Admiral Barrington, Arnot, and Friendship, Wintringham, from London, and Benjamin, Sharp, for Hull are frozen up at Cronstadt ; and will winter there.

     The Barzillai, Capt. William Smith, of Hull, from Stockholm, arrived safe at St. Malo on the 3d Instant, all well, after a fine passage of nine days from Elsinore.
