Quiet Day generally – very stiff after Football – experiments with Bombs. Wrote to Doff – orders to march forward tomorrow night.

Moved at 9 am, had mid-day meal at The BUTTE moved to BAPAUME and billeted for night, reconnoitre towards VAULX.
