Ride before breakfast.
About the hospital all day. Writing, reading, & sleeping.
Riding between 6 & 7 p.m.
Sent a cable to the girls at 8 p.m. Nash, Sydney. Happy Easter. Well. Love Cost 28.5 Milliemes
Friday 2 April 1915 [Good Friday]
Not riding this morning.
O.C. away during most of the day.
1st Brigade & other troops under orders to move out tomorrow.

About hospital most of the day
After dinner went with Dr Purdy to Cairo. At Continental & Sheppheards Hotels. Left Cairo by 11-45 pm tram.
1st Brigade Inf left camp & Cairo. Col MacLaurin, Col. Braund, Captain Maguire & others.
Sunday 4 April 1915 [Easter Day]
Wrote Holman, Flowers, Paton, Mrs Thompson (Cooma), Fallon, Father Perrin, Pat. Watt., The Girls.
2nd Brigade of Infty left Camp & Cairo
