[Avee?] the Root called [Peah?] of which the Islanders make a kind of pudding & the very Large yam which is of a better Kind than any in the West Indies & all such other Fruits or Plants as Capt Bligh shall p̶u̶t̶ ̶i̶n̶t̶o̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶r̶ ̶c̶h̶a̶r̶g̶e̶  direct you to receive

On your departure from this Island y̶o̶u̶r̶ ̶p̶r̶i̶n̶c̶i̶p̶a̶l̶  the most difficult part of your duty will c̶o̶m̶m̶e̶n̶c̶e̶  begin & must be attended to with the most unremitting assiduity; as you have been bred a gardiner & know the Proper proportions of air water
