2 wounded today. Stood to arms from 4.30 pm to 2.30 am as Turks massing at left head of Monash Gully.

28 Fri
Same. Road to beach very dangerous from machine gun fire and bullets.
About 40 men hit by Turks marksmen while drawing stores from supply depot, before 10am.Weather warm
I man of ours wounded.
