The expence of the Bank of Transfer in Holland is Paid defaryd half yearly by a Payment of a Small Rate by the year annual percentage on all Deposits ¼ per cent with a small annual payment from Everyone who uses the bank say 10/ a year for safe custody a year payable half yearly & a Reasonable Rate of charge for charge on bills on Europe would soon if not immediately defray the whole expence & Cost of the Bank all the necessary charges.
In order to facilitate the introduction of Decimal numbers into Book keeping which at first may seem likely to be Troublesome or Leading to errors between the old & new modes of Receiving a Table for
