it may also be advisable in order to induce persons to Deposit their money in this Bank to undertake that every the best customers of the balance Bank Person who has money in the Bank wishes at the time of the departure of Ships for Europe shall shall under certain restrictions & at a moderate charge be furnishd with bills upon Government in Europe for the  whole amount or any part of it
