and clothing. This concession will not apply to those whose services as officers terminated prior to 1st Nov. 1916. A similar sum will be payable in respect of each subsequent complete 12 month service. No pro rata payment will be payable in respect of any periods of service of less than 12 months. Officers as they become due for the above sum will forward direct to the Staff Paymaster A.I.F. Administrative Hqrs their claims as per pro forma hereunder and if correct the Staff Paymaster will credit the amount to the officers personal pay account, and will instruct the C.O. to make a similar entry in the officer's pay book.
