Long for letters, they would write a few lines.

My papers are not sent on now, so think you had better stop sending the "Argus" until I get to Base.

It is not quite so cold & our tents are fairly comfy.

The horrid noise of the firing worries us sometimes but never feel afraid.

Sister Annie Bell is back. Poor old Sister Pilkington has appendicitis & may have to be operated upon. So she won 't be back again.
