Lived to such an end will be an inspiration and anchor to hold us to our faith, and to make us believe that he and all his brave comrades have played a part in the uplifting of humanity. They are the true immortal, and their souls are somehow and somewhere in the hands of God.
We are still carrying on in much the same way here. Mary is looking forward to a return to Sydney for Christmas. I don't know when I shall get down. I am longing to see you again. Remember me to all our mutual friends
