That the Period of Two years & a half^
^from the time of Mr Parks Sailing
at the Expiration End of which the Said Sum of Three Thousand Pounds became due ^
^ & Payable to the Said Alison Anderson alias Park
has  now Expired more than Two months ago your memorialist therefore Humbly Prays that their your Lordships will be graciously Pleased to order the Said Sum of Three Thousand Pounds to be Paid to him for the account & for the use of Mrs Alison Anderson alias Park and your memorialist will as in Duty Bound Ever Pray &c  etc etc
