The Derwent takes [indecipherable] Course from Herdsmans Cove as laid down by Flinders & continues 35 miles Navigable.  The Tamer [Tamar] or River falling into Port Dalrymple takes a NE course from Flinders's Crescent I here & continues 12 miles Navigable, so that the distance between each is 72 miles.
