Two Gallon petrol Tins are in  no circumstances to be used  for holding oils.

Para II   Horses   Unsafe  Stables
Several deaths or injuries to horses  have occurred recently  owing to the demolition of a  stable in a gale.   All                             concerned are to take all  possible precautions against  a recurrence of such accidents.
