Made more patrolling and further preparations for the attack, visit from Osborne.

Attack tomorrow at dawn, everything should go well.
Monday 26/3/17
Attack a great success but fierce opposition met. Cherry & Corner killed. Enemy made a big counter attack which we beat off.
Tuesday 27/3/17
Relieved by Pye of 19th at 3 am, very tired indeed. Met Gen Gough who congratulated me most heartily on work of Battery.
