Arrived off Adelaide about 5 am.  
Newspaper  to hand. No special news.
Some officers went on shore to the City  
Coal, 300 tons, being put on board.  
The S.A invalides disembarked 18  

Friday 31 December 1915  
Left Outer harbour Adelaide about   10.4 am.
12 noon 22 miles 1'- 56" - 0"'   
Fine day. All going well  
Back Stairs passage and Bass Straits not boisterous, with a cold head wind.
