12th March 1917. Woke at 7 & went on duty at 8 till 12. Fritz shelling heavily today which brought the wrath of our side on his head. Relieved 4.30 by 26th Battery. Packed up & got back to the Battery at 6 oclock. Had tea & fixed up the dugout. Received letter from Nance.

13th March 1917. Woke at 6 for duty till 9.30. Went on duty again after cleaning up & dinner at 1 till 4.30. Wrote letters to England & Aust. Big stunt comes off tonight. I hope they give Fritz hell. Got to bed early

14th March 1917. Woke at 3 oclock to go on duty till 6. Last night's strafe did not turn out much good. Went down to OP Lalland at 9 till 1 oclock. Came back & had dinner. Fooled around in the afternoon. Went on duty at 8 till 10. Received letter from Millie.

15th March 1917. went on at 6 till 9.30. Packed up ready for moving away. Went on again from 1 till 4.30. Fixed up finally & moved off from our position at 8 oclock. Very sorry to leave our late home. Went down to the wagon lines by limber for the night. Will probably move up to new positions tomorrow.
