) Racked Gouais into 5 quarter casks one of which is used for filling up all the white wine.
) Racked these 6 casks and the 7 casks Riesling over leaf into 13 new Hhds mixing them together as much
) as possible but intending to still further blend them at future rackings.

They have continued to work more or less after being racked off until the
