These are to Certify the Right Honorable the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury that Captain Phillip Gidley King, hath acted in his Official Capacity of Lieutenant Governor of Norfolk Island, a Dependency on the Territory of New South Wales, from the Tenth Day of December, One thousand seven hundred & ninety two, to the Twentieth of July, One Thousand seven hundred & ninety four, (the Date of his last Return from thence.)
